1.CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

Due to Federal campaign regulations we unfortunately cannot ship outside of the United States. Specifically, "Contributions from corporations, labor unions, national banks, and foreign nationals (non-US citizens without “green cards”) and federal government contractors are prohibited."

2.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Since transactions made on our campaign store site are contributions to Country First and are not transactions for the purchase of goods, we unfortunately cannot cancel or offer credit card refunds. However, any merchandise which arrives damaged or does not fit correctly will gladly be exchanged for another size or item of equal value within 14 days of purchase.

3.ITEM EXCHANGES

If clothing or apparel ordered does not fit correctly we will gladly replace it with another size or item of equal value within 14 days of purchase. Simply return your item in its original packaging accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase to the address below. Once your item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent out within 5-7 business days. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply for replacement items.

4.REFUNDS

Since transactions on this site are contributions to Country First and are not transactions for the purchase of goods, we unfortunately cannot offer credit card refunds. Any merchandise which does not fit correctly or arrives damaged or defective will gladly be exchanged for another size or item of equal value within 14 days of purchase. If you have any questions please contact us through shop@country1st.com and indicate your order number in the subject line.

5.WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders process within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed for shipping.

6.DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING?

Although all transactions made on shop.country1st.com are considered a donation to Country First, a small shipping and handling fee is charged at the lowest possible rate through the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) to help cover the cost of shipping from our warehouse to your door.

11.WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS/ RETURNED PACKAGE

If your package was returned to our facility for an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you upon receipt of the package to verify your correct shipping address.
