Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Orders process and deliver within 10-14 business days via the United States Postal Service for delivery within the Domestic U.S. only. Once your order ships you will be notified with an email containing the tracking information of your order.*

*Shipping times or arrival dates are estimates. Fulfillment times may vary due to demand and product availability. Orders are not guaranteed for delivery by a specific date.

Refund Policy:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Returned by Customer - We do not refund or exchange orders for buyer’s remorse. If you choose to exchange a size, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.

Since transactions on this site are contributions to Country First campaign, and are not transactions for the purchase of goods, we cannot offer credit card refunds, however any merchandise which arrives damaged or defective will gladly be exchanged for another item of equal value.
